plz help would this be a hangover prevention 
i hate getting hangovers?
glass milk before you start to drink full fat..a strng multi vit v b complex vit& milk thistle tablet along with a ru21..and a bannana & loads of water....after the night same again bannana milk thistle multi vit gaterade or sports drink & a ru21 tablet and a slice of bread before you go to sleep...i hear that the sachets you can get for diarrhoea also helpful any other suggestions would be great thanks all..also anyone know where to buy ru21 in london or chasers thanks all
All that is great - along with 2 alka seltzers in water before you go to bed and 2 in water as soon as you wake up. If you dont know what they are just go into a supermarket and ask someone to show you. They are salts to put in drinks for bad tummys etc but are great to prevent hangovers. If they dont have that then try Andrews, its very similar. Add some squash or juice to make it taste better if you like.
It works 9/10 out of 10 for me. Most my friends do this aswell.
