Is it bad to wear reading glasses a lot if you have good vision?

I bought a pair of low-magnetism (1.00) from the local dollar store. They are NOT perscription. I have good eye sight and like to just wear them around the house (I've always wanted glasses xD). I was wondering, could wearing them frequently, even when I'm not reading be bad for my eyesight?

Could there be negative effects on my eyes or vision?

You should get your eyes checked to see if you really do need them.The ones you bought from the dollar store are only good to see up close,there is no distant vision in those.You should get some reading glasses that will have your prescription so you can see up close AND far away.
