Blue Oven

Bosch electric oven Wires are black, blue & a green/yellow (earth). Which is live wire? Which is neutral?
Model is Bosch HBN 2302 - single oven.
Manual has fitting to cabinet instructions but no wiring & Bosch site has different colours.
There are 3 wires only. 1 black, 1 blue, 1 green/yellow (earth)
This is at the connector block on the rear of the oven. There are no labelling symbols.
Location is Malaysia which uses UK wiring system (Brown Live, Blue Neutral, Green/Yellow Earth or even red live, black neutral & green earth) but goods coming here often don't match, hence an oven with black blue & green/yellow
get an electrican to take a look dont risk blowing it up
earth is normally green and yellow and blue is normally neutral
